What forms of payment do you accepted? TOP
We accept Mastercard,Visa, Discover and American Express thru a secured server, payments thru Paypal and all major credit cards thru PAY PAL.
You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card.
We also accept money orders made payable to MOM GLAM BOUTIQUE.
Personal checks are not accepted. E-Checks can be used at Paypal.
Do you offer exchanges/refunds or cancellations? TOP
Returns
At MOM GLAM BOUTIQUE we want you to be happy with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your order we will refund your money or make an exchange less original shipping charges.
**Please note exceptions below **
* Shipping charges to return an item are the customer's responsibility.
* We must be notified within 10 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
* All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number and must be unused, unwashed, securely packed in the original packaging and include all paperwork and warranty cards.
If packaging is not in its original condition, the items will be returned to you.
To request a Return Authorization Number please send an email to customerservice@momglam.com. or call us at 916-534-7045 with the following information: order number, name of product to be returned, reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Once we have issued authorization, your returned items must arrive back to us within 10 days in order to issue an exchange or receive a credit.
Because we carry handmade items orders CANNOT be canceled once they are in processing or manufacturing status!
**Personalized items and custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged!
Please check your order carefully before submitting and email us immediately with any corrections.

**Custom made items are made to order, therefore non-refundable.
**Items shipped direct from the manufacturer may be subject to a 20%-25% restocking fee dependent upon the manufacturer.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if MOM GLAM BOUTIQUE is notified within within 24 hours of the time the order is placed.
Where does MomGlam ship to? TOP
We currently only ship within the United States and select products to Canada.
Extra shipping charges may apply to Canadian Delivery.
We will email you prior to charging your credit card with any additional shipping charges to Canada or you may email us for a shipping quote.
MOM GLAM BOUTIQUE is not responsible for items damaged in transit.
Please email us immediately if you received a damaged product or package.
When will I receive my order? TOP
Most orders are shipped out within 7 business days via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground at the designers discretion unless otherwise noted.
Personalized,custom and handmade items take 2-3 weeks to manufacture before they ship unless otherwise noted in the description.
**Occasionally an item may be backordered due to fabric availability. We will notify you with an estimated delivery date**
Please Note: If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive your items in separate shipments. You may track your order thru our Track Order link by entering your email address and order number.
Our shopping cart will tell you the shipping cost of each item as it is added to the cart. Many items have free shipping. All shipments are sent standard, ground or priority mail , which usally 5-14 days once shipped.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order? TOP
Taxes will be add to all California Orders. If you not live in California you will not incure the State Sales Tax.
California Residence - At the time of check out it will have a button stating: "Taxes will be add to all California Orders." Please click that button. If you do not click that button, your order will be held until the state taxes are paid.
How can I check the status of my order? TOP
Confirmation of your order will be sent after it is processed.
Once the order has been actually shipped out you will have a tracking number available to you for your order(s) so that you may track your package delivery.

How do I use the Gift Registry? TOP
It's very easy!! Just click on our Gift Registry link and fill in your information.
You may send us an email at customerservice@momglam.com with a list of your guests and we will be happy to send them an email to let them know you are registered at MOM GLAM BOUTIQUE . Or you may select registry cards from MOM GLAM BOUTIQUE to enclose with your shower invitations at no charge. When will my credit card be charged? TOP
Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. Due to the nature of our custom and personalized products, work cannot begin until your payment has cleared.
