Appliqued Fresh Cut halter dress is made with 65% polyester and 35% cotton fabric.  The halter dress ties around neck with an elastic back.  It also comes fully lined.  The flowers are appliqued with minky chenille fabric.  The option to add a name or initial monogram is available.
