Pre-orders are advance purchases made on certain merchandise that are scheduled to ship at a future date. (i.e. seasonal or speciality items)
With Mom Glam Boutique, pre-ordering is very easy. We charge a 50% deposit (shipping and handling not included) and the rest is due prior to shipment.
No need to call or make a list, simply place an order ONLINE. When the order comes in, we will invoice you via email for the remaining balance plus shipping and handling.
Pre-ordered items are purchased FOR YOU at the time we place the order. Because we order these items in advance and may take anywhere from a few weeks to several months to come in any cancelled orders will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Once we receive the shipment and sort them out by pre-orders, we will send an invoice via email for the balance of your order. Which will including plus shipping and handling. We ship USPS prority mail. If you need it "RUSHED", please let us know at the time of invoice and we will adjust the shipping charges and send you a new invoice.
You will have 5 days from the date of invoice to pay your balance. If balance due is unpaid, we will add item to our store stock for purchase.
Pre-orders should be ordered separately from in-stock items, as in-stock merchandise ships immediately and separate shipping fees may apply.
If you pre-order requires several shipments, separate shipping charges will also apply.
Pre-ordered item can only be cancelled in 2 cases: if manufacturer decides not to produce item you ordered or if for watever reason, we are not able to obtain the product for you. Which happens not so often. In that case we will notify you and issue a refund of your deposit within 24 hours of notice. We will not be responsible for pre-orders that arrive late due to manufacturer delays, items that arrive within a month of expected shipping window will be considered "on-time".
IF the pre-order is a seasonal item or custom there is NO REFUNDS. If we ordered extra and we have some on stock, we could possible do an exchange. Please see FAQ on returns.
