Enter your beautiful baby in our

monthly baby photo contest.

Open to all babies and children ages 0-10 years

We know that all babies and children are beautiful, so the criteria for this contest is simple. We judge the photo based on quality and originality.

The winner may be featured on Mom Glam Boutique's home page for the duration of the following month and will also be the "Beautiful Baby" in one or more of Mom Glam Boutique's newsletters.

Please include the following information with your attached photo:

A brief description
Child's First name and last initial
Child's age
YOUR first and last name (only initial will be published)
Relationship to child
Age-must be 18 or older to enter (will not be published)

Entries must be sent in JPEG, .gif or .jpg format only.

One entry per household , per child, per day-each days entry photo must be different.

Winner will receive: $50.00 gift certificate good for any merchandise at Mom Glam Boutique (not valid on layaway)

Winners announced via email, website and newsletter on 6/15/08

The monthly winners will automatically be entered in annual contest.

We will notify winners by email.

Winners of the year-end finale will receive a $100 cash prize.

All winning photos become the non-exclusive property of Mom Glam Boutique, and as such may be used by Mom Glam Boutique for advertising, publications, gallery pages or any other appropriate way deemed fit by Mom Glam Boutique.
